The gross annual salary is approximately €50,000.

• Technical and commercial monitoring of TGM and IGM service providers and coordination with users
• Ensuring quality through regular inspections
• Professional assessment of necessary measures
• Precise service requirements and professional control of offers
• Coordinating maintenance services and budget advice with building managers
• Participating in technical inspections and analysing status reports
• Initiating measures in accordance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and ensuring operator responsibility
• Maintaining and updating technical data and documentation

• Master craftsman with a strong technical understanding or comparable qualifications
• Many years of experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings or in a managerial role in facility management
• Specialisation in technical building systems and comprehensive expertise in technical infrastructure
• Knowledge of business management principles and contexts
• Very good expertise in the relevant technical and official regulations as well as in the application of regulations and legal requirements in the field of building services engineering.
• Technical affinity and experience with common IT and building management systems
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Valid work permit for the European Union
