YOUR ROLE Full responsibility for raw material spend (50 mEUR) in assigned category in Raw Materials Purchasing Consumer Brands Europe Initiate and conduct sourcing activities and supplier negotiations, boost the project pipeline in Raw Material Consumer Brands Europe Enrich the purchasing category goals and strategies, incl.
financial and sustainability targets as well as digitalization with piloting of new tools Strengthen cooperation with internal stakeholder and actively collaborate with Regional and Global Purchasing LeadsChallenge status-quo, identify, drive, and share best practices in Purchasing, also beyond direct area of responsibility Participate and contribute to cross-category projects, find optimization potential within innovations, cost, and process Shape your career with various trainings, rotation and development opportunities in diverse and international environment of Henkel YOUR SKILLS Masters degree in business or chemical related studies 6+ years work experience in Purchasing, preferably in Raws/Fragrance industry or international FMCG environment Motivated, pro-active, self-directed with well-developed soft skills Professional negotiation and communication skills required Fluency in English language is a must, German language is a strong advantage At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
