About the Job
RCFO (Regional Chief Financial Officer) is the finance function for the CTO1 region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland as well as Central and Eastern Europe). Together with the central finance functions, RCFO is responsible for all accounting and controlling-related topics such as closing, accounting, taxes, treasury, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
In addition, we manage all commercial topics and challenges of Allianz Technology's customer-facing organization, including Account Management, within a matrix structure.
What you do- Support the Transformation Officer in streamlining commercial processes and tools for Account Managers in CTO1 region of Allianz Technology SE
- Support and enable the yearly strategic revenue planning with our customers, the operating entities of Allianz Group worldwide by providing respective data tool
- Responsibility for sub-projects in the area of Account Management including process/tool design/improvement and internal problem-solving
- Support the preparation and follow-up of top management meetings
- Support the preparation of revenue reporting and the resolution/tracking of charging/payment disputes
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and applications, including MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of Excel functionality, such as functions and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with advanced Excel functions like Power Query and data models is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization solutions like Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and ThinkCell (PowerPoint integration) is advantageous.
- Strong logical and analytical skills for data comprehension and informed decision-making.
- Adaptability to constantly changing business environments.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, customer orientation, and problem-solving approach.
- You are available immediately and interested in a full-time internship for 6 months (38 hours per week).
