Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in treasury or corporate finance.
- Ideally profound knowledge of accounting topics for treasury instruments.
- Ideally profound knowledge of self-reporting applications such as PowerBi or Tableau.
- Understanding of SAP (incl. TRM module).
- Experience in negotiating external contracts and agreements.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

As the (Director/Senior Manager) Capital Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical activities within the department. You will be part of a team responsible for modelling the financing structure (incl. discussions and building the relationship with rating agencies), reporting (internal, external, and regulatory), structuring cash pooling and internal financing, and executing Global Treasury projects.The incumbent will build and develop strong, productive relationships with all key internal (e.g., CFO community, FP&A, Accounting, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., rating agencies, banks, IT service provider, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the rating model and discussions with the rating agencies.
- Prepare meetings of the Global Treasury Committee.
- Design and prepare external, internal, and regulatory reporting for senior management and boards.
- Monitor and analyze cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks, and prepare recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align treasury strategies with corporate financial objectives.
- Manage the relationship with the auditors on Treasury related reporting topics, and first point of contact for Accounting on Treasury accounting questions.
- Manage treasury project, drive technology enhancements and workflow improvements within the treasury function.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury activities, such as EMIR, Dodd Frank, and AWV reporting.
- Provide support for treasury-related audits and regulatory examinations.
