- Take charge of the commercial and business management of contracts between the customer and subcontractors for construction and installation work.
- Liaise with various departments at the customer, from tendering and contract award discussions to completion of the work by the subcontractors.
- Handle reporting, non-conformities, notifications, complaints, and supplementary orders as part of contract management.
- Conduct measurement checks and invoicing during contract processing.
- Organise and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular on-site meetings with subcontractors and the project team.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations of subcontractors and the client are fully met.
