Senior) HR Business Partner (f/m/x) - We are looking for a (Senior) HR Business Partner (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in the Duisburg area.

For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

Your Responsibilities as (Senior) HR Business Partner (f/m/x)
  • HR Senior Business Partner acts as a key member of the HR team and in supporting the business using best practice and in line with business objectives
  • HR Senior Business Partner supports the HR Director in leading the people management of the site, ensuring the correct implementation of HR policies and programs and involvement in all day-to-day operational and strategic HR issues, particularly in relation to - but not limited to - employee and labor relations, HR processes, rewards and recognition, talent management and workforce planning
  • Contribute to the business development strategy and formulating the local HR strategy in collaboration with the HR Director, acting as change manager in the organizational development of the company
  • Coach and guide managers and employees through interventions to support career development, decision making and performance management
  • Administers and updates the compensation program, is responsible for internal site-based KPI-reporting and other business support needs
  • Maintains partnerships with the Global HR team to increase effectiveness and may lead special projects and / or services
  • With support from the HR Administrator, complete high quality day-to-day HR administrative tasks including new employee orientations, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, communication and organization of employee events. Manage and coordinate absence and disability management programs.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor and social security laws and regulations
  • Promoting a positive work environment by communicating and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity; handling sensitive issues, anticipating and resolving matters quickly and discreetly
  • Establish and maintain a productive relationship with the works council and prepare for negotiations with the works council
  • Implementing work policies and procedures that meet the needs of the business
Your Qualification and Skills
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in Human Resources or similar discipline as Business Administration with several years HR experience
  • Understanding of Federal labor law and compliance
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and critical/analytical thinking skills and organized with long-term outlook in any decision
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks to achieve results
  • Maintains a professional, collaborative demeanor in performing duties adhering to strict confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Preferred experience with SAP Success Factors
  • Highly organized and efficient in approaching tasks and strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and embraces change to foster success
  • Strong team player, with high work ethic, ambition and commitment to win
  • Excellent German and English skills
