Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through friendly and professional interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to established processes to ensure quality service delivery.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and software
