About the role
As our Media Planning Manager for the DACH region, you will:
- Develop and implement media strategies and plans in collaboration with internal marketing teams and media partners.
- Manage the annual and quarterly planning cycle, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
- Serve as the operational lead and main point of contact for day-to-day agency management.
- Coordinate and review cross-channel media and audience plans for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize media investment and channel mix using planning and analysis tools.
- Identify new areas for testing and work with Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to follow frameworks and attribution models.
- Provide regular strategic reviews and updates on media innovations, technology developments, and measurement trends.
- Support category and digital marketing teams in optimizing integrated plans, enhancing value and efficiency.
- Drive audience planning, connecting audience insights to agency planning tools and integrating owner data.
- Establish strong relationships with Commercial teams and the Co E to identify common opportunities and challenges.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- At least four years of media planning experience in an agency or in-house client role.
- Proficiency in planning and buying across key media channels (TV, Print, OOH, Programmatic Display & Video, Social & Search).
- Ability to interrogate and ensure local market plans meet brand and demand objectives.
- Experience in media analysis and interpretation of planning tools and results, including data-driven attribution and media-mix modelling.
- Strong expertise in media and audience planning, creative development, and ad operations processes.
- Ability to recommend strategic opportunities and innovations, staying ahead of trends.
- Highly organized, process-driven, with great attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to build relationships across functions and with multiple stakeholders.
