• Content Creation: Plan, produce, and publish creative content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) across our social media channels
• Social Media Management: Catch the latest trends and adapt them with humor and style to engage our target audiences (both teens and parents) across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Community Management: Interact with our community and actively drive high engagement
• Project Management: Independently plan your influencer trips across Europe, coordinating directly with our local accommodation and language school partners
• Digital Marketing Management: When working from the office, help execute our marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and awareness
• Event Management: Accompany our team to events (e.g., trade fairs) and create content for LinkedIn to strengthen our employer branding

• You are organized, structured, and passionate about strategically developing and growing a brand
• You are a digital native and spend (maybe a little too) much time on TikTok and Instagram 😉
• You enjoy intercultural communication and thrive when working with people from different backgrounds
• Very good command of English is a must and fluency in one of the following languages is required: German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
• Mandatory internship: The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program
• The internship has a minimum duration of 3 months (13 weeks) - longer durations are welcome

• Active involvement in a fast-growing company with high brand recognition in the travel industry
• Steep learning curve with deep insights into all facets of our international marketing strategy
• Unpaid internship: a fixed travel budget for your influencer trips to holiday camps and language schools is provided (approx. 600€ a month)
• All necessary gear you need (smartphone/camera, lighting, microphone, etc.) to create content, is provided
• When you aren't traveling, you will be part of our office team in Berlin-Kreuzberg, working in a modern environment equipped with Apple technology
• Work-life balance: flexible working hours and full compensation of overtime (“Gleitzeit”)
