Technical Asset Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate

Key Responsibilities- Assessment and valuation of redevelopment concepts concerning planning, costs and execution
- Management of external partners in case of control of CAPEX Measures
- Management and controlling of the Technical Property Manager
- Initiation and further development of processes to monitor the assigned operator duties
- Developing, validating and adjusting maintenance measures and cost planning, especially in the context of creating object-related business plans regarding an investment horizon of ten years
- Development of economic feasibility studies and lifecycle-oriented maintenance concepts
- Management of maintenance- and building measures in order to ensure quality, costs and deadlines
- Optimization of constructional concepts regarding costs, role and quality
- Internal cost control
- Quality assurance of services provided by third parties, including the performance of audits, definition and implementation of processes and trainings.
- Depending on the complexity of the construction task: procurement, management and controlling of external partners regarding the implementation of optimization measures/construction measures
- Degree or university degree with very good results (civil engineering, architecture, etc.)
- 5 years of professional experience
- Relevant professional experience, as well as experience in service provider management (especially property and facility managers and service providers in construction and building services engineering)
- Operational project experience in all service phases and good knowledge of structural engineering
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally SAP
- Very good communication and cooperation skills in dealing with customers and external service providers
- Goal and result orientation as well as conflict and assertiveness
