As a Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and in-depth knowledge of sales processes to develop innovative strategies for business growth. The ideal candidates should be dynamic and well-organised by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.

• Overall responsibility for the financial output of the defined area
• Collaborating with Sales leadership and Operations in the creation and implementation of company’s commercial policy
• Creating a sales strategy for the channel of cooperation with partners, active search for market advantages
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
• Representing the company on the local market and during industry events
• Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales (minimum 5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of the market HVAC&R
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent skills in building lasting business and interpersonal relationships
• Fluency in German and English
