Description of tasks:
- Optimization of existing product groups (product modification, cost reduction, production optimization)
- Maintaining contact with upstream suppliers (supplier discussions), testing new raw materials
- Maintaining the range of raw materials
- Processing customer enquiries
- Analysis of competitor products
- Implementation of relevant legal requirements (e.g. environmental protection, hazardous substances legislation)
- In cooperation with the sales department: development of concepts for the introduction of new products, implementation of corporate goals
- In cooperation with the quality assurance department: processing complaints
- Supporting the sales force
- Monitoring of production processes, determination of reworking measures for products that do not conform to quality standards
- Further training of the laboratory team
Required Skills:
- Completed technical training as a paint technician or paint engineer
- Several years of professional experience
