Head of Product Merchandising EMEA (m/f/d)

Head of Product Merchandising EMEA (m/f/d)

• Define and drive the EMEA product vision and long-term product strategy, translating consumer and market insights into revenue-driving product and assortment strategies
• Own franchise and marketplace management across EMEA, ensuring long-term market relevance through segmentation and a clear product roadmap
• Lead assortment planning and consumer-right price architecture across short-, mid- and long-term horizons, aligned with business and financial objectives
• Co-own pricing and margin strategies, driving revenue growth, portfolio optimization and reduced assortment complexity
• Co-lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market process for EMEA and present product strategies and assortments to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of Senior Managers and Managers while aligning cross-functional teams behind a shared strategy
• Drive market, consumer and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and fuel innovation
• Lead transformation and change initiatives within the merchandising organization and represent the function at senior leadership level

• 10+ years of experience within footwear and/or fashion/lifestyle brands, including 5+ years in Product Merchandising and 3-5 years of leadership experience managing senior teams
• Proven ability to define and execute long-term product strategies, roadmaps and assortment plans
• Deep expertise in franchise management, marketplace management and merchandising processes
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing, margin management, P&L ownership and portfolio optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, consumer behavior and industry trends
• Proven experience across the end-to-end product lifecycle and Go-to-Market processes
• Demonstrated success leading transformation and change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
• Inspiring leadership style combined with strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities with senior leadership exposure
• Fluent verbal and written English skills
