We are looking for an energetic Sales professional to cover and work independently with asset owners and fund platforms on UCITS related topics in Germany and Austria.

Responsibilities
  1. Implementation of a structured and targeted market approach in Germany and Austria
  2. Building and maintaining relationships across different investor segments (incl. wholesale, FoFs, WMs, etc.)
  3. Identifying new market opportunities and developing suitable offerings and solutions
  4. Supporting the preparation of business propositions, sales plans, and RFPs/RFIs
  5. Taking active responsibilities in the business development cycle, client onboardings, and client servicing
  6. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders across Europe and Asia
  7. Monitoring the market, competition, and regulations in the asset management environment
Qualifications
  1. 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting in Asset Management or related sector
  2. Comprehensive understanding of UCITS products, processes, and business models in the asset management industry
  3. Confident interaction with clients and decision-makers
  4. Proven success in building new business and managing existing client relationships
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (another European language desired)
  6. Structured thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
  7. Team-player with independent work style and enjoyment of responsibility
  8. High customer focus and a professional, reliable demeanor
