We are currently looking for a high skilled and experienced Senior PR Manager (m/f/d) with an interest in sustainability in fashion in Berlin (full-time).

We are studio MM04, a Berlin-based communication & consulting agency that advises fashion brands, platforms, the public sector and NGOs on how to develop engaging and honest sustainability communications. We are a growing international team of six people with experience in entrepreneurship, fashion design, sustainability, consulting and activism and have a broad international network of progressive minds.In addition to client projects, we are the organizers of 202030 - The Berlin Fashion Summit (www.202030summit.com).
Role & tasks
- PR strategy: You are the mastermind behind the strategic approaches and campaign planning.
- Media & Key Opinion Leader relations: you identify and approach key opinion leaders and media representatives personally with tailored stories.
- Influencer & Content Creator relations: you foster our network on a daily basis and ideate briefings for strong and engaging content releases.
- Collaborations: You develop new ideas for collaborations and organize them targeted to our customers needs, e.g. Word of Mouth Campaigns, Seeding.
- Community events: You are planning community events and presentations to increase brand awareness.
- Reporting: You monitor and report on your activities and KPI´s using monitoring tools.
- Project budgets: You develop and monitor project budgets.
- 5+ years of experience in PR – ideally in an PR agency related to fashion and consumer goods or in a similar position in a brand or fashion media.
- You share a 360° understanding of Public Relations and have a strong attention to details to ensure messaging aligns with the required goals.
- Strength in clear, professional and targeted communication with clients, partners and team members.
- Fluent German and English, both written and oral (B2 minimum).
- Digital and agile work culture: you are experienced in using digital tools for monitoring, project management, CRM and are excited to make use of AI.
- Focus and target driven: You solve challenges in a results-oriented and proactive way.

The EU Textile Strategy regulates the fashion industry for the first time. Sustainability and, in particular, sustainability communication are regulated under the Green Claims Directive. We at studio MM04 support companies in the development of sustainability communication in accordance with the EU regulation and beyond.In addition to studio MM04, we are active in Fashion Revolution e.V., VORN - The Berlin Fashion Hub and Drip by Drip e.V.
