Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a SaaS software development company who are looking for a German Native SDR to join their team. The candidate must be German native and speak English.
Engage with leads and thoroughly qualify their needs.
Outreach to prospects, explain the value of the company and create interest in a meeting with the sales team.
Record and update all activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, hand over qualified leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase of the sales process.
Must have experience within an SDR role or similar where you have proven experience of outreach and strong qualifying skills.
SaaS Experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a SaaS software development company who are looking for a German Native SDR to join their team. The candidate must be German native and speak English.
The ideal candidate will come from a SaaS, Technology based solution, B2B, SDR, BDR, Sales Development representative, Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, Business Development Representative or similar role
THE ROLE:
Proactively research and identify new potential clients within the DACH region through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales tools.Engage with leads and thoroughly qualify their needs.
Outreach to prospects, explain the value of the company and create interest in a meeting with the sales team.
Record and update all activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, hand over qualified leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next phase of the sales process.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and other KPIs.
THE PERSON:
Both German native and English speaking.Must have experience within an SDR role or similar where you have proven experience of outreach and strong qualifying skills.
SaaS Experience is required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with the drive to succeed.
