- Responsibility for ensuring project goals are met, including deadlines, quality, and costs, as well as optimizing and adhering to necessary processes in project execution.
- Internal and external coordination of schedules with all project participants, from bid preparation to the final acceptance of the awarded project.
- Technical responsibility for adhering to all agreed planning services, the assembly staff, and the management and control of subcontractors.
- Customer projects in the field of energy transmission and distribution, as well as grid connections for industrial plants, wind farms, and solar parks.
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, preferably in the field of energy or automation technology, or alternatively, successful completion of further training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering (m/f/d).
- Initial practical work experience and leadership experience in project management or project supervision in the field of energy transmission and distribution.
- Knowledge in assessing assembly activities, as well as an affinity for entrepreneurial and business management topics.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to accompany projects on-site (in southern Germany).
- Proficient in common MS Office programs, very good German skills (C1 level), good English skills are an advantage.
