Your Role
As a German Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide product and service information
- Ensure high customer satisfaction

- Native / fluent German (C1-C2)
- Good English skills (B1+)
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
