Role Overview
As a HR Digital Consultant (all genders) SAP Success Factors & EC you will lead the product strategy and lifecycle of our HR systems. You will collaborate across departments, from HR and IT to various business units, to create a product vision that aligns with our HR digital transformation goals and overall business strategy.Your focus will be on ensuring our HR systems deliver high business value, user satisfaction, and are scalable to meet future demands. The candidate will report to the Global HR Head of Digital Core.
Your Tasks- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Define and execute a product vision and roadmap of SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central aligned with HR’s digital transformation goals. Oversee the application lifecycle, ensuring robust governance, compliance, and alignment with company standards and regulations.
- User-Centric Product Enhancements: Drive iterative product optimization using analytics, user feedback, and emerging technologies. Prioritize backlog items, including enhancements and bug fixes, to deliver maximum business value and user satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Act as a link between HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems and processes.
- Quality Assurance, Testing, & Compliance: Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure products meet quality standards. Manage system architecture reviews, and ensure adherence to data protection, compliance, and audit requirements. Follow appropriate documentation and governance based on the project delivery mathodology followed by the organisation.
- Change Management & Performance Monitoring: Facilitate change management with effective communication, support and Training to end users, HR, managers and employees. Track KPIs, monitor product performance, and implement improvements to ensure effective, innovative HR digital tools.
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors (particularly Employee Central and system integrations); familiarity with SAP HCM, ServiceNow, Aconso, or similar HR systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT security, data privacy, product management principles, and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or SAFe).
- Proven ability to manage diverse international and cross-functional stakeholders, with excellent communication and expectation management skills tailored to different audiences and organizational levels.
- Demonstrates independence, accountability, and ownership of product goals, with an analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and proficient in German.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
