With a team of around 20 people working from our offices in Germany and remotely, we're searching for talented individuals who share our passion for continuous learning and tackling challenges alongside our founding team.

Tasks

As a Working Student, you will get an opportunity to grow, learn, and make a real difference by taking ownership and contributing to one or more of the following business areas:

• Quality Assurance: Automate and execute tests, report defects, and ensure quality.
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services
• Frontend Development: Build responsive user interfaces using Vue.js or Flutter.
• Analytics/Tech Support: Monitor system performance with Datadog, create dashboards, and provide 3rd-level support.

• Customer Support: Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services
• Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide insights for decision-making, enhance our products and processes, and scale our business operations
• Project Management: Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders

The list of tasks is not exhaustive; there are various directions and projects in which you might be involved, allowing you to expand your skills and contribute to diverse initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
• Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
• A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
• Proficient in written and spoken communication in English

Nice-to-have skills and experiences:

• Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments
• Proficient in German (C1 level or native fluency); additional languages are a plus
