YOUR ROLE Develop local employer reputation strategy aligned with a comprehensive communication plan, derived from the global framework Tailor strategy to address specific local needs, global specifications, and external market trends Lead the development and implementation of a digital talent communication strategy, emphasizing innovative digital solutions, social media advertising, and corporate influencer trends Design formats and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee advocacy, leveraging strategic insights and research findings to elevate engagement and participation Monitor, analyze, and assess campaign results based on defined KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, implement action plans & activation measures based on insights gathered Consult with Center of Expertise to provide guidance on their marketing efforts and streamline communication plans, ensuring a compelling and consistent narrative both internally and externally Steer all projects and campaigns in given budget and time frame YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics, business administration (preferably marketing, communication or human resources) or psychology Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, recruiting or similar Excellent team player with strong self-drive, as well as networking-, communication- and analytical skills Fluent in English and German At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
