• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, industrial engineering or a similar discipline
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
• Several years professional experience in an area of supplier quality management, procurement and manufacturing
• Experience performing supplier qualifications, product/process qualification and technical supplier development to provide a global quality-assured and cost-effective supply base
• Profound knowledge of quality methods like FMEA, 8D, RCA and APQP
• Confident in using MS Office Applications and SAP
• Highly proficient (writing and speaking) in English, willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time
• Self-starter, determined and self-reliant
• Organizational, strategic, analytical thinking and intercultural expertise
• Willing to ask questions, proactively reach out to others to communicate, be open minded, look for problems proactively and mitigate them
