Your tasks Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to implement user centered improvements and optimizations of designs on our international websites, newsletters, and apps Design and conduct qualitative UX research methods like user interviews, usability tests, and surveys Utilize web/app analytics tools to analyze user interactions Combine qualitative research findings with quantitative data to create a comprehensive understanding of user behavior and preferences Consider national and regional differences of user needs in all ALDI Nord countries Exciting opportunity to work with the international team on designing great customer experiences; time commitment is flexible and can be arranged on an individual basis Your profile Relevant studies related to optimization of digital marketing channels Preferably some practical experience in designing and executing qualitative user research (interviews, card sorting,…) German: minimum C1 level & English: minimum B2 level Be self motivated, have a can do attitude, be comfortable with ambiguity and agility, able to cope with change, and collaborate across multiple workgroups with a pragmatic, positive mindset You care deeply about grounding your decisions in data Outstanding people understanding and communication skills Working-Student-UX-Research-m-w-d-Essen
