Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/f/d)Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach I Hybrid
Your impact within the OQEMA Group:
As our SAP SuccessFactors Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors within our organization.
- Implementation & Optimization: Lead and enhance the groupwide rollout of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Requirements Management: Gather and translate HR business needs into technical solutions.
- System Migration: Plan and execute the transition from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and conduct testing phases, including SIT and UAT.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide second-level support and ensure system stability.
What we are looking for:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent education.
- Extensive professional experience in IT with a focus on HR systems.
- Advanced experience in the SAP environment as a user or consultant, with proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Fluent English skills and at least B2-level proficiency in German.
