For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet we are looking for you as a: TEAM LEAD SUPERVISOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS - B2B (m/f/d) full-time

• You lead our employees and take care of the planning and management of daily workload and staffing needs.
• You take care of performance evaluations and conduct employee reviews.
• You evaluate reports in order to make data driven decisions and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for actively monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Service Level Agreements (SLA's), and processes within our systems.
• You support our EMEA clusters in their day to day operational needs and cooperate in projects related queries.

• You have sound experience in the field of employee management.
• You have the ability to analyse processes and daily challenges and have a continuous improvement mindset.
• You are able to make and prioritize decisions even in complex situations and have a high level of commitment.
• You have a hands-on mentality.
• You are an inspiring leader that focuses on foster talents and coaching
• With your communication and persuasive skills, you are able to shape discussion situations, actively approach others and radiate confidence and drive.
• You have very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel). Preferably you have knowledge of an ERP and WMS systems.
• Our company language is English. Therefore, a C1 level in English is required.
• You have a valid and unrestricted work permit for Germany (no job seeker visa, no student visa).
