Your role:
As the Human Resources Manager Holding, you will lead Human Resources initiatives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, supporting over 40 companies with more than 6000 employees. Reporting to the Vice President Holding, you will ensure our purpose and values are well-known and lived throughout our companies, supporting our group's vision in the region.

This role is vital for the success of the Group People Plan, with the possibility to be part of the global HR network and work towards executing on the plan together with your global colleagues. The role is also key being the prolonged arm from Group HR out in the organization.

Your Mission:

  • Drive HR strategies and activities to create strong collaboration, focusing on sustainability, digitalization, and gender diversity and inclusion.
  • Leading the Human Resources team for the Holding organization, having 3 direct reports and managing 50 employees, including Divisional Presidents and Senior Managers.
  • Coordinate HR meetings and activities in the DACH Atlas Copco companies.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions in the region.
  • Promote best practice and synergies among the companies.
  • Manage labor law requirements and implement new EU Directives.
  • Support negotiations for German Group Work Council agreements.
  • Develop and standardize Human Resources Processes.
  • Support and promote Employer Branding activities.
  • Manage and guide Regional Academy.
  • Follow up on human resources processes according to “The Way We Do Things”.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety & Health, and Environmental regulations.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Human Resources area in multinational companies.
  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge in German labor law or willingness to learn.
  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • Interest in future trends to ensure we stay top-notch in digitalization.
  • Strong belief in the value of human capital for positive development.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills.
