Your Tasks
Want to be part of a global transformation project within Supply Chain? In our global Supply Chain Planning team we design and implement the Planning ecosystem of the future. We are represented in all parts of the globe covering Production and Distribution Centers – a truly insightful view into the end to end planning within Beiersdorf is guaranteed. As a support for this project we a looking for globally minded student who wants to be part of our team supporting us with the following tasks:
- Support preparation, organization and documentation of workshops and meetings
- Prepare presentations
- Data management
- Collect benchmark data
- Support Change management activities
- Budget tracking & reporting
- Sharepoint creation ( content, design etc..)
- Support the re-design of the Plan academy
- Prepare e-learning content
- Studies in the field of supply chain management, Human Resources, business administration, economics or similar
- Enrolled during the whole working student time in bachelor’s or master’s studies
- First experiences through internships or working student activities in supply chain management or Human Resources is an advantage
- Affinity for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, independent and process-oriented way of working
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
