International Field Technician Refrigeration (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about international travel, have a knack for technology, and value direct interaction with clients? Then ENGIE Refrigeration is the perfect fit for you: You will manage service orders for our international clients.

Your place of residence is secondary, and the cities mentioned are merely examples—what matters is having a good connection to an airport nearby. At present, the focus is primarily on European countries as well as the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:

You will independently handle customer assignments and complaints.
You will maintain and repair refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers. Commissioning new machines will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will check system parameters and processes on-site and resolve any malfunctions or issues.
You will document maintenance work and carry out your assignments on time and in a goal-oriented manner.
You will provide advice and implement modernizations for systems.

Your Profile:

You enjoy working independently, appreciate daily contact with customers, and can respond well to their needs.
You are hands-on and have successfully completed your training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology. We also welcome refrigeration system builders and comparable qualifications.
You have some initial professional experience in industrial refrigeration. However, we are also happy to consider entry-level candidates with a self-reliant work ethic.
You are open to our international business and the associated travel.
You speak fluent English to communicate on-site. Additional languages are an advantage but not a requirement.
