Quality Management Engineer (m/f/x)

For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, we are looking for you as Quality Management Engineer. The gross annual salary is approx. 70,000 €.

• Identification and evaluation of new quality requirements for the development and implementation of innovative solutions
• Development and continuous improvement of QM documentation to ensure the highest quality standards
• Analysing and applying higher-level standards and legal requirements to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Evaluation of actual conditions in production and working environments to identify potential for optimisation
• Designing innovative QA strategies and methods to improve processes and product quality
• Active integration of the latest technologies and industry-specific standards into existing processes and systems
• In-depth evaluation of existing quality assurance concepts and systems to ensure effectiveness
• Exchange with interdisciplinary teams to promote effective solutions and support quality objectives

• Completed studies in engineering or a technical field (at least technician or business administrator)
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, quality management, quality assurance and the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Sound knowledge of process management
• Confident handling of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.) as well as initial practical experience with SAP
• Business fluent in German and English
• Valid work permit for the EU
