Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the student experience for our ecommerce infoproduct course.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase student retention and success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
  • Analyze student feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Must Haves
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/DTC.
  • Ability to work as a freelancer.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Shopify and Meta platforms.
Nice to Haves
  • Previous experience in a customer success role.
  • Familiarity with online education or infoproducts.
  • Ability to work in the CET time zone.
  • Proven track record of improving customer retention.
