Requirements
Responsibilities- Manage and enhance the student experience for our ecommerce infoproduct course.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student retention and success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
- Analyze student feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Must Haves- Proficiency in German.
- Experience in Ecommerce/DTC.
- Ability to work as a freelancer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Shopify and Meta platforms.
- Previous experience in a customer success role.
- Familiarity with online education or infoproducts.
- Ability to work in the CET time zone.
- Proven track record of improving customer retention.
