We are currently looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) based in Frankfurt Germany.

• Reception of guests
• Management of the switchboard
• Post processing, management of deliveries
• Meeting room coordination and organization of catering
• Assisting the office manager
• Processing of invoices & reminders
• Weekly office supplies orders
• Supervision of the employee community area
• support of a small team with travel management and expenses, as well as document management

• Education in the hospitality sector (traineeship, apprenticeship, study)
• Strong organizational skills as well as ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
• High level of service orientation
• Business proficiency in German and English
• Strong command of MS Office

• office working hours , Monday to Friday
• salary range 42-48.000 Euro
