Location: Beckum, Germany (hybrid, with a stronger on-site presence during the initial phase)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with SAP implementation teams to define and validate finance structures such as company codes, controlling areas, cost center hierarchies, profit center hierarchies, internal orders, WBS elements, and chart of accounts.
• Ensure the SAP design supports both legal and management reporting from day one.
• Act as the Finance Business Lead within the SAP program.
• Define and validate finance processes, organizational structures, and controls.
• Drive testing, training, and user acceptance activities across FI/CO, Project Systems, and cost center management.
• Support master data migration activities and establish data governance structures.
• Participate in workshops and gather relevant system information.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, reporting redesign, and analytics alignment.
• Ensure seamless integration of reporting, planning, and dashboard solutions.
• Align organizational structures within systems to meet reporting requirements.
• Maintain close collaboration between finance, accounting, and IT teams.
• Act as the key liaison between the CFO and Head of Accounting.
• Manage communication, escalations, and project risks.

Anforderungsprofil

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Systems roles.
• Expert-level SAP FI/CO knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP finance implementation projects.
• Experience in finance transformation or digitalization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience in global implementation projects and greenfield environments.
• Understanding of master data concepts and experience working with data tables.
• Fluent in both English and German.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.
