Summary

We are the specialist German SAP consulting firm for SAP customers who are carrying out projects in Latin America or require local support there. It is well known that the legal requirements in Latin America pose challenges for all SAP companies with global activities.
While the central teams of our clients manage their SAP global templates, they need a dependable partner who understands the importance of a global template while also being able to formulate the legal requirements precisely, work with local teams on fit/gap analysis, and implement required changes.

Our branches and partner offices in Munich, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico City act as hubs for coordinating our projects throughout Latin America. Thanks to their knowledge of the local language, their specialization in Latin America and an average of 20 years of SAP experience, our consultants can take the requirements of each country and effectively and efficiently implement projects.

The candidate must be based in Mexico to be considered.

Your mission

Participate in rollout, localization, enhancement SAP and implementation projects with national and international clients
Support all phases of the project, including planning, design, prototyping, build/rollout, testing, training, and maintenance support
Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs and applications to meet business requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance in SAP ABAP development, including custom reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces
Lead and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex SAP solutions whilst collaborating with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Optimize existing ABAP code and SAP processes for performance and efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP development and SAP systems

Your profile

8+ years of experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer in similar roles (within an international context would be advantageous) with experience in end to end implementations and support experience in both ECC or S/4 HANA settings
Proven experience interfacing SAP with other connected systems using Idocs, RFC, CPI, web services, AIF, and so on
Experience with Mexican localization scenarios is required, other Lat Am localization experience would be advantageous
Strong consulting and communication skills in Spanish and English (business level)
Collaborative working style with internal and external stakeholders as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
