Internship - Private Debt & Private Equity - Frankfurt - From September 2026 onwards - Tikehau Capital

Missions:

You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt and Private Equity teams in Frankfurt, Germany, and will actively participate in the following missions:

• Perform sector, strategic, and financial analyses of target companies,
• Build financial models and scenario cases,
• Support the deal team in preparing investment memos for Tikehau's investment committees in order to obtain deal approval,
• Conduct market research focused on trends in the private equity and debt markets,
• Prepare marketing, pitch, and client presentations and documents.

Profile:

• Business Administration / Economics student with focus on finance, accounting and / or banking,
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working,
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German,
• Relevant work experience from internships in investment banking, private equity / debt, consulting, or Big 4,
• Demonstrated high level of commitment, versatility, curiosity, determination, and the ability to work in a team environment.
