Your Tasks
Drive the
regional Channel agenda
for all the categories:
- Develop a 3 years channel and portfolio strategy
- Build a channel mindset shift into all commercial teams
- Understand channel trends – Where and How to WIN
- Define the channel strategy to maximize all growing retail environments
- Translate specific channel opportunities into channel projects
- Create the short- and long-term plan to close market share gaps
- Identify channel/retailer white gaps and build an action plan
- Define portfolio strategies and provide clear input and needs to EUNA Marketing and Global Sales
- Support and guide the countries on challenges and opportunities
- Identify regional business opportunities to maximize efficiency, sales and profitability
Lead the
regional
Shopper and Customer Marketing
team and agenda for all categories:
- Leadership responsibility of 2 Regional S&CM Managers
- Identify and drive, via the shopper managers, the category solutions to maximize all channel opportunities
- Secure all category plans are align with the channel strategies
- Lead overarching category projects
- Lead consistency in execution across categories, channels and countries
Lead and drive the
sales strategic planning process:
- Lead and prepare the regional PMCPs together with EUNA Marketing
- Lead the Annual Business Plan (ABP) from a sales perspective, together with finance and marketing
- Responsible for Sales KPIs yearly target setting
- Follows up on target compliance and build an action plan with local teams
- Identify opportunities to expand value and profitability
- At least 8-12 years Business Experience in FMCG Sales and Shopper Customer Marketing, ideally on country and regional/ HQ level
- Multi-country professional experience is optimal
- Strong pragmatic, customer-oriented mindset
- In depth knowledge and experience of multi-channel, mainly Discounters and Drugstores
- Experience in developing strategies and turn them into execution
- Team leadership experience required
- Solid financial analytical skills required
- Strong ability to deal with change and ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
- Team player with strong cross functional focus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Pragmatic, Open minded and Confident
- Languages: full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written.
