For our client, an international tech company, we are now hiring for the following position:

Skilling Advisor (m/f/d) AI and Cloud

• Analyze skilling needs and create training plans focused on AI fluency, Copilot for M365, Azure Open AI, and Security, aligned with strategic business goals
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders (end users, developers, executives) throughout their AI journey
• Communicate complex programs to gain buy-in and use performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to demonstrate value and impact
• Manage a robust training pipeline, forecasting opportunities and aligning them with strategic priorities
• Convey key messages to both technical and C-level audiences, emphasizing the value of AI skills investments
• Lead or contribute to projects, managing timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk
• Work with stakeholders across teams to design and deliver complex programs
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to optimize and mitigate risks in programs

• Proven expertise in Microsoft skilling content, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Azure Data and AI, Fabric, and other related technologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies
• Strong organizational and event management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A track record of successful partner engagement and support
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and skilling
• Fluency in speaking German (mandatory)
• Fluency in speaking Dutch and/or French (bonus)
