This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data, supporting various functions including research, development, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, and have a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of master data governance processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across all systems and databases (including BOM creation and maintenance).
• Develop and maintain an artwork-file data base (in close alignment with regulatory affairs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain data standards and policies.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement corrective measures.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data management best practices and policies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in data management.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, preferably certified and within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth understanding of master data management (MDM) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance related to pharmaceutical data management (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools and knowledge of data privacy regulations desirable
