Your Tasks

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage to understand various modules and system functionalities.
• Support the digital team with tasks related to other initiatives as needed.
• Assist in organizing meetings and training programs for digital initiatives.
• Document project meetings and help the core team address outstanding topics in their absence.
• Contribute to project documentation based on requirements.
• Create user-specific documentation.
• Collaborate to standardize templates for diverse project needs.
• Evaluate system customization proposals and create visual presentations for enhancements.
• Manage the collaboration hub page in Viva Engage and keep the SharePoint site updated.
• Prepare presentations for meetings, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Develop and update user manuals and training materials to reflect the latest system updates.

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Quality Management).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project support or quality management is a plus.
• Familiarity with digitalization processes and tools.
