The primary function is to define and deliver global solutions that aid in thespeed and scalability of Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) and our Global
Operations partners.
Key job responsibilities- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with business,
operations, and IT stakeholders, while having the ability to work
independently in a high-pressure environment with various levels of leadershipand exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
- Proficiency at solving complex logistics challenges and possess a bias to
- Coordination with shipping and receiving clerks to support outbound shipping
- Working with the Customs, Brokers and Global Trade Services (GTS) to ensure
- Preparing and validating Commercial Invoices (CI) for international
- Daily communication with transportation providers to ensure timely pickup of
- Managing the transportation of Amazon IT assets (both inbound and outbound),
- Lead shipment investigations on behalf of the customer. This includes (but

- Daily monitoring of shipments in order to proactively and quickly resolve
- Creating SOPs as needed in the absence of defined processesprocedures
- Providing proactive reporting to customers and key stakeholders

- Collaborating with key operational experts across the company to lead,

### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience in EU Transportation
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with working in a ambiguous, fast-paced environment focused on
