We are seeking a Remote Travel Experience Representative to join our growing travel-focused team. In this role, you will assist clients throughout their journey by providing timely support, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless experience from planning to departure.
Assist with updates, changes, and general client inquiries
Share helpful information related to upcoming travel plans and arrangements
Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared
Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and professional experience
Customer service experience preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
Flexible schedule
