You will have the opportunity to have some unique insights in the plant and will gain experience in plant controlling.

Your missions will be the following:

• Month-end reporting (headcount monitoring, expenses by cost center, production variances, production, sales, raw material consumption, inventory, etc.)
• Participation to the monthly closing (computation of some accruals)
• Daily calculation of standard costs and prices transfer to affiliates.
• Daily reporting of production values and monthly projection.
• Reporting on workers’ efficiency by cost center.
• Continually improve our reporting and maximize its automation, using new tools like Power BI.
• Participation to the year-end inventory and the Asset Inventory.

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or accounting.
• You understand the basics of accounting.
• You have an analytical mindset, a high level of commitment and are eager to learn.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English; German language would be a plus.
• You have a good experience with Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP).
• You ideally have a first experience with SAP.

• Be in contact with our trainees and another VIE

You’ll work closely with our Finance Controller, Loreline Martinez, and interact daily with controllers from different sites in Germany, Luxemburg, and the Netherlands. You’ll also benefit from a handover with our current VIE.

• Then, you will have 1 Interview with the local team on Teams (Controlling and HR)
