Part of Allianz Partners, Allianz Global Benefits helps multinational corporations to optimize their employee benefit programs across countries, providing a clear overview, more advanced risk management and governance. This position is a dual role: As a part of the Tender Management team, you will be supporting the function responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process of Request for Proposal responses to our global employee benefit programs.

Within the CEO Office, you will be supporting the management team responsible for overseeing both strategy and operations of the overall company.

How you will contribute:

  • Supporting the Global Distribution & Network Management Team
  • Assisting in data mining activities (research on countries and products in employee benefits area)
  • Engaging with Network Insurers worldwide
  • Supporting organizing virtual events and surveys for network insurers
  • Supporting data delivery and updates requested by global brokers
  • Prepare the information requested by the brokers regarding our Network Insurers local insurance capabilities
  • Support on the delivery of various external and internal presentations
  • Maintain our tools and keeping international programs database up to date
  • Support with formatting documents and refining and cleansing excel data sets

What will make you successful with us:

  • Registered student studying Business Administration or related degree.
  • Having a keen interest in international business-related tasks in the insurance area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and motivated team player who can work independently.
  • Attentive to details - while keeping an eye on the big picture
