Our User Insights & Compliance team provides foundations for New-Work's data-driven products. We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and work with a variety of teams, such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing and Legal.For these departments we build and drive in-house services that enables them to optimize their products and at the same time ensure to always use the data in a compliant way. We're currently looking for a curious and motivated solution manager who likes to work with modern technologies and is keen to discover something new.

And by the way: Flexible work is possible of course. Your tasks: You are responsible for requirements engineering with various stakeholders (Product, Analytics and Data Science) to understand their goals and translate those into technical specifications.
You are responsible for the coherence and development of the data-schemas of our tracking-solutions in alignment with analysts and product-teams. You are in charge of the implementation-process for tracking and act as point of contact for engineers and product owners.
You will facilitate workshops with various stakeholders in order to understand the value behind specific business use-cases and prioritize requests in aligment with company goals. You will take care of implementing a holistic quality assurance and, with that, monitor the accuracy and completeness of our data.
You will take care of our Adobe Analytics administration and advise your colleagues on how to use the tool on a self-service basis. You are responsible for creating dashboards and visualisations in order to communicate your findings in the best possible way.
Your skills: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing data analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Snowplow or Piwik. Experience in maintaining analytical data models, writing integration concepts and implementing strategies for data quality assurance and validation techniques.
Strong analytical and conceptional thinking in order to translate business demands into technical concepts. The ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable way. Experience in building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation software is a plus.
Technical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with Engineers Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar field.
Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a business and tech level. A good sense of humor and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.
