Who will you be joining?

You will be part of the Allianz SE group center Group Strategy, Marketing, Distribution. The objectives of the department are directed towards shaping the group strategy towards profitable growth across all its' initiatives. One of them is the Growth Triathlon program which is a key strategic project to drive growth by reducing churn and increasing new customers and cross-selling through scalable measures to be operationalized on a global level.

You will be part of a dynamic, diverse and international cross-functional project team.

How can you make an impact?

You will:

  • Play a pivotal role in driving the Churn reduction initiatives as part of the Growth Triathlon program
  • Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with operating entities on deployment and optimization strategies to effectively reduce customer churn across various channels around our international markets
  • Orchestrate, steer, coordinate, and track the global Churn efforts, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and targets
  • Develop and implement comprehensive churn reduction strategies and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with operating entities and business divisions to identify opportunities for optimizing customer retention across the business and omnichannel platforms
  • Lead the design and execution of data-driven campaigns and interventions to minimize customer churn and track impact
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to leverage insights for proactive churn prediction and mitigation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of churn reduction efforts and link them to the overall net growth ambition
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions in churn reduction
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and supporting local teams in implementing effective churn reduction strategies
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Growth Triathlon team delivering impactful initiatives and cross functional projects, supporting OEs to delivery sustainable growth
What are you made of?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Min. 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in leading projects within a global or complex organizational structure
  • Experience in facilitating change in a cross-functional environment, including communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, also on senior management level
  • Growth mindset required: An understanding of the Allianz overall strategy and how to drive growth in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform churn reduction strategies
  • Self-driven individual who actively develops concepts and solutions, takes ownership and possesses excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus
