The role includes the following
  • Loan administration and credit settlement for Japanese corporate customers
  • Preparing and recording various transactions such as credit lines, loan securities, credit ratings, action plans and contact memos in the system
  • Loan administration and credit settlement for European corporate customers for GCBD
  • Analysing credit contracts and creating a facility detail sheet as a summary of the main quantitative aspects
  • Recording credit lines in the system•Recording standard conditions and specific conditions
  • Creating maturity lists of credit applications, conditions and loan securities as well as monitoring maturity dates
  • Checking and analysing the data quality in various systems regarding completeness and consistency
  • Support in various projects and audits
  • Treasury Middle Office Tasks

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:

  • Apprenticeship as bank clerk or Academic degree in business, economics or similar, preferably with a major in Finance or Banking
  • Experiences in the credit business syndicated transactions, e.g. loan processing
  • Very good English language skills, written and spoken
  • Advanced handling of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Confident appearance, good communication skills, team oriented working style, able to work under pressure, flexibility
