IT Security Officer

• Conception and implementation of a modern IT security architecture and its continuous further development
• Planning, implementation and monitoring of security measures in various areas such as encryption, firewall, network security, physical security
• Creating and updating an IT security manual in accordance with BSI standards
• Carrying out risk and protection requirement analyses, as well as developing and implementation of IT emergency concepts and participation in disaster recovery plans
• Organisation, support and implementation of internal and external IT security audits
• Planning and coordination of penetration tests, as well as documentation of the resulting measures with subsequent discussion with the respective specialist departments
• Setting up an information security management system (ISMS).
• Central point of contact for questions relating to IT security
• Continuous monitoring of the organisation's security requirements in accordance with ISO27001
• Involvement in associations and working groups in the cyber security industry, to represent Indra Avitech's interests is desirable

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT security, with extensive knowledge of IT/network topologies and protocols
• Solid understanding of relevant frameworks, such as ISO 27001
• Prior experience in managing external service providers is desirable
• Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, as well as a sense of responsibility and goal-orientation
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Proficient in both German (C1- C2) and English
