Project Support and Site Administration Specialist

Main tasks:
- Project support for general administrative tasks.
- Support with the creation of change orders.
- Support controlling and in the preparation of financial forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
- General office tasks.
- Contact people in Germany for the international HR and finance department.
- German education in the field of industrial business management (Industriekaufmann/ Industriekauffrau) or office management (Kaufmann/ Kauffrau für Büromanagement).
- At least 5 years of experience in a project support, administrative, or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools.
- Experience in dealing with German authorities and banks for standard financial/tax needs of smaller companies.
- German and English fluent (verbal and written communication).
