Trainee program START IN Coatings - Digital Business and Innovation Management (m/f/d) - BASF

RESPONSIBILITIES Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the different business and functional units of BASF Coatings and gain extensive insights into our innovation and digitalization area.

• Together with you, we plan three to four rotational stations in which you will take on both operational and strategic tasks in digital business, e.g.

• Marketing.
• Right from the start, you will be given independent responsibility for projects supporting our team in various areas.

• You contribute actively to the strategic development of new business areas and support our digital (marketing) units in implementing the digital strategy for our business units.

• Considering travel guidelines, an assignment of three to six months abroad or in another business unit is an integral part of the program.

• successfully completed master’s degree in the field of economics, business informatics, digitalization, entrepreneurship or innovation management

• basic understanding of digital technologies and IT developments as well as initial experience in project and/or innovation management
