• Solid Java expertise: Several years of experience in Java development, ideally with knowledge of Spring or Java EE
• Experience and leadership skills: At least 2 years of professional experience as a senior Java developer m/f/d or in a leadership role
• Technological versatility: Comprehensive knowledge in one or more areas e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, databases, software architecture, web development, as well as build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Gradle
• Cloud experience: Practical experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3
• Language skills: Fluent German at least C1 level

• Team leadership: Technical and disciplinary management of a motivated Java team
• Product development: Planning and implementation of new products and innovative features in close cooperation with product management
