As an Onsite Technician in Salzgitter, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, resolving them creatively and efficiently.
• Manage and resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
• Handle hardware and software installations, network configurations, and participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, support).
• Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors.

What you'll need:

• Completed apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration or 2+ years of experience in IT support.
• Experience with ticketing systems and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Solid software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent German and good English language proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
